Webhooks

Connect Embed Studio to your Discord server.

What is a webhook?

A Discord webhook allows an external application such as Embed Studio to send messages into a Discord channel.

You can create a webhook from your Discord server's channel settings and provide the webhook URL to Embed Studio when required.

Webhook URL

Webhook URLs should be treated as private credentials. Anyone with access to a webhook URL may be able to send messages through it.

Variables

Use dynamic values inside your embeds.

Dynamic Content

Variables allow supported embed content to be dynamically replaced when your embed is processed. This can be useful for automated messages, announcements, timestamps, and other dynamic content.

Dynamic Values Insert values that can change when an embed is sent.
Automation Variables can make automated messages more useful.
